Lowest-ever remortgage rates at Clydesdale and Yorkshire

Posted on Thursday, November 5 by Joy Tibbs

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have launched their lowest-ever remortgage rates.

New remortgage deals on offer include a two-year fixed-rate deal at 1.79% and a five-year fixed-rate offer at 2.69%, both of which are available up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV).

These remortgages involve no legal, arrangement or funds transfer fees, and those who normally pay for a standard valuation will receive this free of charge.

Steve Fletcher, director of retail banking, said: “This is a great time to get new, lower remortgage fees wrapped up in time for Christmas and it puts customers in the best position to start the New Year.

“We’re also always there to help customers throughout the home buying or remortgaging process and are very proud to offer a personalised service in branch or on the phone, as well as offering advice from a named mortgage advisor.”
