New buy-to-let remortgage deals at Teachers BS
Teachers Building Society has introduced two new buy-to-let mortgage deals as well as reducing the rate on its Help to Buy offering.
Its new buy-to-let remortgage deal is available at 3.49% up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV). The two-year discounted variable rate deal comes with a £99 application fee and has no valuation, arrangement or legal fees.
Teachers has also introduced a two-year discounted variable rate deal, which is available up to 85% LTV. This deal has no early repayment charge and will be distributed only via intermediaries. It comes with an arrangement fee of £899 and an application fee of £99 as well as legal and valuation fees.
National account manager at Teachers Building Society, Colin Dorman, said “These new products offer great value and I’m confident that the buy-to-let deal for remortgages will be particularly appealing as it helps to keep the cost of remortgaging down.”
The mutual’s Help to Buy rate has been cut to 2.44% and is available up to 75% LTV.
These mortgage deals are available to those in the education sector across England, Wales and Scotland. Teachers’ mortgages and remortgages are available to people from all sectors in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
