Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have launched a number of new mortgage rates, including four fee-free deals.

The new rates include a two-year, fee-free, fixed-rate mortgage up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) at 2.09% and a two-year, fee-free, fixed-rate mortgage up to 80% LTV at 2.19%.

The banks have also introduced a fee-free, five-year, fixed-rate deal up to 75% LTV at 2.89% and up to 80% LTV at 3.09%.

Other deals include a two-year fix up to 90% LTV at 2.49% and a five-year fix up to 90% LTV at 3.49%, both of which come with a £999 fee.

Steve Fletcher, director of retail banking, said: “We’ve reduced rates for customers looking to remortgage and it’s a great time to find out what Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have to offer. As well as low rates, many of our mortgages come without arrangement fees, funds transfer, valuation or legal fees.”
